My Story
A career shaped by curiosity.
My career has never followed a single discipline. I started in software engineering, fascinated by how technology works. Over time, my curiosity shifted toward how people experience technology, and eventually toward how entire services, organisations, and systems could work better. Each chapter built on the one before it.

Building technology
I began in computer science and software engineering, learning how products are actually built, and what it takes to make them work.
- BSc Computer Science, Helwan University
- MSc Computing with Digital Media, University of Sussex
- Software engineering
- GUI development
- Sybase certification
- TechWomen Emerging Leader
Designing for people
Building things led me to ask how people experience them. I moved into UX, interface design and digital products, and into the design systems that keep them consistent.

Exploring responsible futures
I’m increasingly focused on what emerging technology, and AI in particular, means for people and services: governance, ethics, trust and accountability.
